| MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of the San Benito Dance Academy is to provide students with the highest quality of dance education and technique. We strive to give our students the tools needed in learning the art of classical ballet in a fun and loving environment while building self-confidence in each student. Our goal, as instructors, is to provide a positive family atmosphere to the dancers no matter what their experience may be. |
| TUITION: Tuition is due the first week of each month. There will be a mail box at the studio for you to drop off your payments so as to not hold up class start time. There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks. If a class must be cancelled on behalf of the teacher, a make-up class will be scheduled. |
| MEMBERSHIP FEE: Each year a $30.00 family membership fee is due with your first month's tuition payment. This membership fee holds your child's place in the class. |
| PARENT HELP: Please make sure that your child has used the restroom prior to class (especially the little ones) as we do not have the facilities located upstairs. For the older students we ask that they go to the restroom with another student or a teacher helper. Please ensure that your child(ren) are not chewing gum. |
| DROPPING OFF & PICKING-UP: Because we are located in a facility where we cannot see the entrance, we ask that the parent's escort students up to the dance studio. Students will not be allowed to leave the studio area without the instructor seeing an adult. For the safelty or our students, they will not be allowed to leave the dance studio at the end of class without a parent/adult. |
| ATTENDANCE: If your child(ren) is/are unable to be at class, please notify us. It is important that students attend class, as we will be working on dances that will be performed later in the year. |
| DRESS ATTIRE: Ballet: black leotard, pink tights pink ballet shoes and hair in bun. (More specific details listed on our Dress Code page link.) |
